It’s been a long road of continued development efforts, community building, testing, and growing the AZERO.ID ecosystem! Now, we are proud and excited to announce our official launch on the Aleph Zero Mainnet. This is a major step forward in providing an outstanding domain service experience and increasing the capabilities of the Aleph Zero blockchain.
The entire team has put their full effort into creating, testing, and launching the AZERO.ID platform and that work has finally paid off. This wouldn’t be possible of course without you, the community, and for that, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude for those who have supported us.
Over the next few paragraphs, we will break down everything you need to know about our mainnet launch. Lets dive in!
Whitelist and Early Access Phase
First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the OG’s who actively participated in our testnet phase. Your invaluable feedback and dedication have played a pivotal role in shaping our platform and making it what it is today.
Before the public launch, we want to say thanks to our valued users who have been with us on this journey. We have some special treats in store for those who participated in our ETHWarsaw hackathon testnet, OG role members who have explored our new testnet, and those who have staked with the AZERO.ID validator node. Your support has been instrumental in shaping our platform, and as a token of our appreciation, we are offering you all early access to the mainnet!
All of you have earned a precious whitelist spot, ensuring you the privilege to register one 5+ character domain per wallet. It’s our way of saying “Thank You” for being such integral members of our community.
This exclusive whitelist phase will start on the 15th of August and will last for one week until the 22nd of August, providing enough time for our early users to register their domains before we open the floodgates to the public phase of the mainnet launch. However, bear in mind that even in the whitelist phase, it makes sense to be early if you are eying a specific domain. We will upload the final whitelist in our GitHub until the 15th of August to give you the possibility to check if your wallet is included before the launch.
Also, registered domains will not be tradable or transferable during the whitelist phase. Moreover, our on-chain referral system will first start with the general launch on the 22nd of August.

Public Launch
On the 22nd of August, we’ll finally open up the AZERO.ID platform for everyone and enter the phase of being a fully permissionless and open namespace for domains on Aleph Zero.
Just go to AZERO.ID, search for your favourite domain, connect your wallet, set your preferences, and voilà, after signing the transaction, you have registered your first domain!
This first version of the AZERO.ID platform already includes many highly anticipated features such as
- Domain registrations for up to three years
- Intuitive management dashboard that lets you attach any off-chain information to your domain
- Individual website for your domain that displays all your metadata and works as an on-chain Linktree
